General Neighborhood Reminders
DO NOT tape anything to our stop signs or their posts! We can and have been fined for it and will pass that fee on to anyone who is responsible. Previous signs by residents and have already damaged (removed paint from) a few of our signs. Please do not adhere anything on to the stop signs or their posts! Thank you for your cooperation!
Trash Cans may not be left in the driveway, must be stored behind house. Please remove promptly from curbside after weekly trash pickup.
No signs can be placed in yard, exception one for sale sign.
All exterior remodeling and landscaping projects must be submitted to ACC for approval. (Tree removal, fence installation, etc.)
Overnight parking limited to personal vehicles on HOA properties and streets. (NO RV trailers, 18-wheelers, boats, etc.)
Please pickup after walking pets.
Please adhere to all posted traffic signs.
